Our Guarantee - Shipping

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Health Yantra Store.

  • Health Yantra assumes all prepaid orders as confirmed orders.

  • Currently, Health Yantra does not offer cash on delivery orders 

  • Health Yantra offers delivery on all orders via best Courier/ Postal services available.

  • Health Yantra will strive to dispatch all orders within 0-1 day after receipt of order from Electronic / Online Payment. Any delay in order dispatch will be informed to customer via website notification or email/sms/whatsapp/call.

  • Health Yantra endeavors but does not guarantee delivery of products to customers within 7 business days from the date of placement of order. Certain factors like shipping location, delay in delivery due to courier partner, force majeure (floods, earthquakes, fire etc), public unrest or any other unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstance or environment may also affect delivery timelines. Health Yantra will not be liable for any loss or expenses sustained by the buyer arising from any delay in the delivery of the products for whatsoever reasons not under the control of Health Yantra.

  • If a customer fails to take delivery of the Products, Health Yantra may at its discretion charge the customer for additional shipping cost.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your ordered product to initiate a return. Please keep intact original outer and inner packaging. We will guide you with return process and instructions on how to return your product (Expense of returning the product, i.e. courier charges, will be beared by customer, but if the product does is damaged / not function as for its standard use, return courier expenses will be reimbursed by health yantra). Once we receive your returned item, we will initiate refund process after investigation of returned product.

  • In order to return the product/ goods, you must inform Health Yantra of your decision by means of a clear statement and reason for the same with order details(order number, mobile number, product name with quantity etc) on any of the below mentioned channels:

Returns Not Permitted For Below Cases

Please note that some items may be ineligible for return, such as perishable goods or items that have been used or damaged. Additionally, we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders. Below are some ineligibility criteria:

  • Goods that by their very nature cannot be returned or which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over or within 3 months.

  • Good that are damaged, mishandled or tampered in any way. Health Yantra suggests to make video, while opening the box received by Health Yantra courier partner.

  • Goods that are sterile and have been unsealed, intimate area products, not suitable for return due to health & hygiene protection

  • Products/ Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other products.

  • Health Yantra reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at its sole discretion. Only regular-priced Goods/ Products may be returned/ refunded but goods on sale cannot be returned/ refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you, if  not permitted by applicable law.

  • Where return request is placed after 7 days of receiving the product.

Exceptions For Above Cases, Where Customer Receives Below Product

  • Products were received in damaged condition

  • Sterile products received in unsealed condition

  • Product complaint made by you and investigated, assessed & verified by Health Yantra

  • Different product received by you, that is not the same as you have ordered (this apply only for technical specifications/ properties not any aesthetic properties like color, packaging type or any other property that is not directly linked to performance or desired/standard usage of product)

  • Product received on which expiry date has passed
